As long as you have a UEN for your food establishment and the relevant email and personal details, you can create an account to purchase produce from us. You can create an account and fill out the rest of your details here.

If the 5 outlets share one UEN, you can create ONE account to purchase produce from us for your 5 outlets. Do provide us with 5 different emails and ordering contacts so that each of your kitchens can order what they need separately. 5 different accounts for ordering will be set you.

If the 5 outlets each have its own UEN, you will have to register 5 times so that ordering records will be kept separated for the ease of accounting.

If you wish to add items to your order, you do so by adding the items you want to your cart as normal and selecting the order you would like the items to be added to at the 'Cart' page.

Things to note:

Cut off time for Next Working day delivery: 2 pm (a working day before your delivery day).

No items can be added to an order after it is submitted. You can submit an additional order before 2 pm for additional items.

Indent items once ordered and submitted will not be refundable as we have made special order to the farm and arranged the freight separately.

If you are qualified for free delivery, you will be refunded the delivery fee paid on your initial order.

Only one discount code can be applied to a combined order. Otherwise, vouchers and coupon codes are also eligible on your updated order, subject to terms and conditions.

Always ensure your delivery address is correctly selected.

Yes. Please come to our office at 6 Chin Bee Ave, #10-02, Sharikat National, Singapore 619930 with your printed order copy to pick up the produce you have ordered.

You will receive a confirmation email of your order, delivery date, and time. If there are any issues with any products in your order, we will be in touch by phone.

Our daily cut-off for receiving orders is at 14:00 for the next working day delivery. We are open Mon-Sat and closed on Sunday and Public Holiday.

We try our ultimate best to ensure that the produce you ordered will be reserved and delivered to you timely. However, at times, due to weather conditions, freight issues, and political situations at the port of origin, our produce might not arrive in time for sorting, packing, and delivery to you. Our Customer Service Executive will notify you at such times and hopes to work with you on some temporary measures for your food establishment.

Price fluctuation is a very common phenomenon in the food commodity market due to changes in weather and demand. We put in our best effort to keep price change to 1-2 times in a month. 

We are not able to automate your ordering, however, you can find all your past orders and re-order them again. Or you can go to “Quick Order” to find all your regularly ordered produce.

This is an example of a response that you might give. It's good to be as thorough as possible in responses as that has a tendency to improve trust overall.

As vegetable produce is not man-made items, there will be variations in the looks, weight, and size. As a supplier, we will pick and pack as close as the quantity you have ordered so that you have sufficient ingredients to use in your kitchen. We asked understanding of the non-homogeneity of all-natural produce. 

We do not have a minimum order for deliveries. 

For orders under $100, the delivery fee is $15, after discounts have been applied and excluding the delivery fee 

Orders of $100 and above, after discounts have been applied and excluding the delivery fee, qualify for free* Next Working Day Delivery (Monday-Saturday)

Your order will be delivery from 8:00- 18:00. If you have any further requests for the delivery, you may put a note for your delivery outlet. We will try our best to accommodate, however, due to the sheer volume of our deliveries, drivers are obligated to follow their allocated routing for delivery.

In the event that something has been missed, please let us know immediately. Missing, wrong or damaged produce must be declared within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that re-delivery is subject to stock availability and delivery schedule. Product claims have to be accompanied by photos of the affected product. If an item is found to be missing from your order, or you have received the wrong product, we will issue a refund. 

Please let us know as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time for delivery. Please note That a request for redelivery will incur a $10 redelivery fee. 

You can update your contact details and address at any time in “My Account” or you can select a different delivery address before submitting your order.

If the produce is deemed not fresh and not safe to consume, kindly reject them during receiving. We will take back the products and refund you the amount.  Do notify us on the rejection so that the refund can be triggered promptly.

Unfortunately, produce that is fresh and safe to consume in good condition once received for more than 12 hrs, cannot be rejected. This is because product safety may have been compromised as the cool chain will have been broken and we therefore can’t resell the products.

In order to reduce our carbon footprint, your delivery time slot is allocated based on the utmost efficiency of our driver’s daily route.  We are not able to reserve any delivery slots as we value all our customers equally as well as our commitment to the sustainability movement. 

We recommend using the fresh produce within 2-3 day of receipt. We then recommend chilling them as soon as possible to maintain optimum freshness. Some root vegetable may last longer than the leafy ones.

Microgreens in punnets can survive at room temperature for up to 5 days with adequate water. They need not be stored in a fridge. They can last longer in an air-conditioned environment.  Punnets of Microgreens will continue to grow in size and height. We recommend using them soon for their robust flavors and aesthetic.

We recommend always to keep edible flowers in an airtight container and in the fridge at all times, to maintain their fresh and vibrant looks. Do use within 2 days upon receiving. 

If we have sent you an incorrect item or missed an item from your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.  We will issue you with a refund.  Please note that refunds take up to 10 business days to be credited back to the card. 

If you are unsatisfied with any of the items in your order from LJH due to issues on freshness, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will be happy to provide you with a refund for any affected item, or any item that has been damaged in transit. Please note that re-delivery is subject to stock availability and delivery schedule. Product claims have to be accompanied by photos of the affected item/s.

We will always make the best effort to notify you if there are out-of-stock items in your order or if we need to swap certain items in your order. Please contact our customer service team and we would be glad to work out a solution for you.

If you wish to cancel your entire order*, you may do so up to 2 days (48 hours) before delivery and receive a full refund. Any orders* cancelled less than 48 hours before delivery will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

* Not applicable to pre-orders. Pre-orders are strictly non-refundable.
