Refund Policy
If:
- We sent you an incorrect item
- We have missed an item from your order
- You are unsatisfied with any of the items in your order from LJH due to issues with freshness
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we will facilitate a refund or exchange or a credit note. Please note that refunds take up to 10 business days to be credited back to the card.
If you would like to exchange your order and a replacement is not available we will issue a refund or a credit note that can be applied at any time for any future order.
