Refund Policy

If:

  1. We sent you an incorrect item
  2. We have missed an item from your order
  3. You are unsatisfied with any of the items in your order from LJH due to issues with freshness

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we will facilitate a refund or exchange or a credit note. Please note that refunds take up to 10 business days to be credited back to the card.

If you would like to exchange your order and a replacement is not available we will issue a refund or a credit note that can be applied at any time for any future order.
