Our Delivery Trucks
Our trucks are uniquely custom designed to have both frozen and chilled sections so you can rest assured that your produce will be kept at the optimal temperature while in transit.
Delivery Windows
- Monday - Saturday: (AM) 8am-2pm or (PM) 2pm-8pm or (NITE) 8pm-12am
- Orders of $100 and above qualify for free delivery, while orders below that amount will incur a $15 delivery fee (after any discount is applied).
- For “Add on” Orders, $15 will be waived if the multiple orders accumulate to $100 or above.
- All the requested delivery windows are to be achieved with our best efforts. However, we might counter-propose different delivery windows if it is deemed necessary for us to optimize our routes.
Delivery Basics
- Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery and sign the Sales order with the necessary company stamp.
- Drivers should be allowed to take photos so as to generate the electronic proof of delivery.
- The customer must accept both the electronic proof of delivery or chopped & signed Sales Order as legal evidence for the goods delivered and receipted in the case of any payment dispute.
- Drivers may leave our LJH bin/ crates with you if it is needed to. Please kindly use them with care and return them to the driver upon the next delivery.
- Should any issues arise with delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you via the telephone number you have provided us with.
Mispacked & Damaged items
- If you have any issues with your delivery, please let us know within 48 hours of the goods delivered and received.
- Any claims to damages, or mispack will not be accepted after 48 hours of the goods delivered and received.
